The Silk Road scholarship is a
fully funded scholarship for Pakistani students. The Chinese government offers
this scholarship to talented and outstanding students from various countries.

scholarship is provided to countries participating in the Belt and Road
Initiative.
The Silk Road scholarship is a fully funded scholarship
for bachelor's, Master's, and PhD students. Bachelor's programs are typically
taught in the Chinese language, while Master's and PhD programs are offered in
both English and Chinese. The scholarship stipend amounts are as follows: 2500
RMB per month for a bachelor's degree, 3000 RMB per month for PhD
stipend amount for PhD is 3500 RMB per month for a PhD. This scholarship
also provides full tuition fee coverage, health insurance,
and on-campus accommodation.
The eligibility criteria for
this program are simple: students must be from a Belt and Road Initiative
participating country, have a completed degree in a related field of study, and
must be under 25 years old for a bachelor's degree, under 35
years old for a Master's degree, and under 40 years old for a PhD.
Students need to provide a language proficiency certificate.
Typically, the application period is
from October to April each year. The application deadline varies from
university to university. For English proficiency, an IELTS score of 6.0
or higher is required, or a TOEFL score of 80 or higher. For

the Type B Agency option and your selected university.
- Submit your application for initial
acceptance.
- After receiving initial acceptance,
students must pay the application fee according to their selected university.
- Now the students file with us in an
academic review in the related department for final selection.
- The university will recommend the selected students to CSC and announce the selection through CSC.
