Romanian Government Scholarship for Pakistani Students

The Romanian Government Scholarship is a fully funded program offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education. It allows non-EU students to study in Romania without incurring tuition fees. Leading Romanian universities offer scholarships for bachelor's, Master's, and doctoral degrees.

The program covers all significant costs, including tuition, housing, and a monthly stipend. Students pursuing bachelor's and Master's degrees must be at least 35 years old, while PhD candidates must be at least 45.
