The visa processing will need some important documents of the applicant. The embassy also charges a fee and requires some certificates or documents of the applicant that need to be valid and original. Success rate of student visa in Ukraine is almost 60%. The visa processing requires the following documentation:

  • The educational documents of the applicant must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Your bank statements of 3,000 USD are required for the past 3 to 6 months.

  • Your Birth certificate is required.
  • Your criminal record must be clean and you must submit a character issued by the Police department.
  • Applicant needs to submit 10 passport-sized pictures with a white background.
  • An original passport with a validity of at least a year.
  • Applicant must show the original invitation letter from the Ukrainian university.
  • Your medical tests are essentially needed and must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. These tests must be translated into Ukrainian or Russian language.
  • HIV or AIDS test is required that needs to be attested and also translated into Ukrainian or Russian language.
  • visa application fee must be paid which may cost around 160 to 165 USD.
