Introduction

Hebei University is a public university located in Baoding, Hebei Province, China. It is built under the Ministry of Education's supervision and the People's Government of Hebei Province. The university consists of about ​​2,430 acres, including a building area of ​​1.36 million square meters. The university also contains three campuses, namely, Wusi Road Campus, Qiyi Road Campus, and Yuhua Road Campus, respectively. The university has established collaborative and exchange relations with over 100 universities worldwide.

 Specialty

The university currently contains 15 first-level discipline doctoral programs, whereas 46 first-level discipline master programs, 30 types of approved master degrees, and 95 undergraduate programs. These Disciplines are divided into 12 categories: philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, management, and art. Also, the university has approximately 42,000 full-time undergraduates and postgraduates. There are over 6,400 full-time doctoral and master students, while around 28,000 are full-time undergraduates. It comprises 3347 faculty members, containing 2018 full-time teachers, and 57% of teachers have postgraduate degrees. Also, it has academicians from the two academies, outstanding national youths, "Ten Thousand Talents Program," national-level teaching teachers, and the national "Millions of Talents Project."The university comprises 1 national key discipline, 3 world-class discipline construction projects, four national first-class fields, three national key discipline cultivation projects, and 18 key disciplines. It also includes 11 post-doctoral research centers, one post-doctoral research center; 3 federal and local joint engineering laboratories; 22 provincial and ministerial key laboratories; and engineering laboratories.
