Introduction

Tianjin Normal University (TNU) is one of the public universities established in 1958 in Tianjin, China. The university covers an area of ​​3,500 acres, containing 771 acres of natural lake wetland, and has a floor area of ​​860,000 square meters. The university has established cooperative agreements with 177 universities, institutions, or local governments in 33 countries and regions. Also, it has 27 party and government departments, two departments, 20 colleges, and 17 directly affiliated units.

Specialty

Currently, the university comprises 72 undergraduate majors, eight first-level disciplines authorized for a doctoral degree, one authorized point for postgraduate degrees in education, 33 first-level fields approved for master's degree, and 16 master degree categories, including economics, law, education, nine disciplines namely, literature, history, science, engineering, management, and art. There are around 24,806 full-time undergraduate students, 4896 full-time postgraduates students, 501 doctoral students, and 2,150 international students. Also, it has 2,396 faculty members, containing 1,444 full-time teachers, 921 senior titles, and 944 postgraduate degrees. The university teachers won 7-second prizes, 13 third prizes, and two youth achievement awards. Also, won 1 first prize and one-third prize of the National Educational Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Award.
