Introduction

Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was established in 1956 in Shanghai, China, covering over 500 acres. The university contains over 1,300 faculty and staff. Also, it is composed of approximately 8,000 full-time students in Chinese medicine professionals and alumni in over 60 countries and regions. It consists of 3 first-level disciplines of Chinese medicine while 15 undergraduate and specialist majors. It has cooperative relations with over 50 international universities, medical research centers, and international organizations in 20 countries and regions.

It has Chinese Government Scholarship and  Shanghai Municipal Government grant.
