Introduction

Hunan Normal University is a public university located in  Changsha, Hunan Province, China. It was established in 1938 and is under the “211 project” and “Double First-Class Strategic Plan”.Also, it comprises seven campuses in Changsha City. The university has 23 colleges, 3 teaching departments, and 51 research centers. It contains  74 undergraduate programs, 147 master programs, and 55 Ph.D. programs. Also, it has  10 postdoctoral scientific research stations, 13 State Training and Research Centers, and 7 key laboratories.
