Taiwan Universities offer the best opportunities for International Students. Taiwan provides several scholarships to international students from all over the world. The IELTS is not required to apply for university scholarships. The Eligibility Criteria do not include Taiwanese nationals, nor do they have to enroll in Taiwan Universities, and English language proficiency depends upon university requirements.
