1. Russian Government Scholarship

The Russian government scholarship is a great opportunity for talented international students. It allows one to be admitted to leading Russian universities early, even if tuition fees have not been paid. The scholarship is divided into two parts: a master's and a PhD. Single person estimated monthly costs in Russia is 1200$. However, the costs may vary from city to city as some cities are more expensive rather than others. Therefore, it may vary slightly. Work permit and future opportunities

A work permit shall be issued for the period of the foreign citizen's employment contract but for no more than 1 year. The term of a work permit may not be longer than the term of study of a full-time degree program implemented by a foreign citizen at an educational organization. Previously, Russian institutes and the Russian state did not permit overseas applicants to work here.

Nonetheless, the number of overseas candidates coming to study in Russia, and the condition for skilled professionals is also rising in Russia. Therefore, the establishments acquired notice of the problem of work permitted on a Russian applicant visa. Only students who have been admitted to Russian Government institutes on a full-time skilled program are eligible to apply for a work allowance.
