1. Facebook PhD Fellowship

This is a fully funded scholarship for foreign candidates. It offers a two-year doctoral program in English. The scholarship provides an annual stipend, two years of tuition fees, and a travel allowance.

2. Human Frontier Science program postdoctoral fellowships

HFSP offers international students fully funded scholarships with research, travel, and accommodation allowance. This scholarship requires English language proficiency, one research paper, and excellent research experience. Two fellowships are available in this program. Long-term fellowships are for PhD candidates with biological and life sciences programs. However, cross-disciplinary fellowships are for students who want to do PhD in chemistry, physics, mathematics, and computer science programs (excluding life sciences).

3. UNESCO Poland fellowship program

This is a fully funded scholarship for foreign candidates. Masters and bachelor's students can avail themselves of this opportunity. UNESCO extremely motivates youngsters and candidates from developing countries. This program covers monthly expenditures, and the tuition cost is 513 EUR. UNESCO also gives health insurance and international travel cost benefits to the students.

4.IIE-SRF fellowship

This fully funded scholarship is provided to PhD researchers. PhD program duration is 1 to 2 years in English. Students from any program are eligible for this fellowship. This scholarship program is organized by the Institute of International Educations Scholar Rescue Fund (IIE-SRF). The eligibility criteria for this fellowship are English proficiency and excellent student academic work. Preference is given to PhD holders, senior researchers, and professors from all countries. 

5. Joint Japan World Bank graduate scholarship program

It is a fully funded master's scholarship for international candidates. The Japanese government and the World Bank design this scholarship program. It provided a monthly stipend, accommodation, and full tuition expenditures. They give scholarships for 26 joint programs at universities in the U.S., Europe, Oceania, Japan, and Africa in economic policy and infrastructure management development programs. You are not allowed to this scholarship if you are not enrolled to these disciplines. 

6. Schlumberger Foundation faculty for the future fellowship

This scholarship offered doctoral and postdoctoral program. Opportunities focus areas are Math, physics, biology and engineering. The scholarship is worth a maximum of 45,000 EUR yearly for PhD and a maximum of 36,000 EUR yearly for a Postdoctoral program and is renewable until the degree completion.

7. Robert S. McNamara fellowships program

This is a fully funded PhD scholarship for international candidates organized by the World Bank. It grants 38,700 EUR per student for 8 to 10 months. Eligibility criteria for this post are excellent English, 35 years of age, and a master's degree hold. 

8. Visegrad scholarship program

This scholarship provides master's and PhD degrees in different disciplines. The program is managed by the heads of the International Visegrad Fund. It provides tuition, living allowance, and travel fees.
