1. Finnish Government Scholarships

The Finland Government Scholarships 2024-25 are open to undergraduate, bachelor, master, and MPhil degree levels, all nationality students, and are completely or partially funded by the Government of Finland. 2. University of Oulu International Scholarships

Joint Application: up to six programs can be applied with one Application in January for an autumn (September) study start. Some programs are offered in September for studies starting in January.
