The open-door Russian scholarship is for international students to pursue their studies in Russia free of cost. This is a fully funded scholarship. The benefits of open-door scholarships are free tuition fees. Students who have selected the Russian language as an in-program will be offered one year of Russian language training. Scholarship winners can lead Russian universities, including top institutions like Moscow State University. There is no need to take any entrance exam, so it is very easy to get admission in Russia. Many programs are taught in English, so there is no need to learn the Russian language. IELTS AND TOFFL are also not required for this scholarship.
There is no need to submit any English proficiency certificate. This scholarship is for Bachelor, Master, Postgraduate, and Post Doctorate students. There is no Bank Statement required for this scholarship. For Pakistani students, Russia's study visa success ratio is 96% from Pakistani students. Registration for Bachelor's, master's, and doctoral tracks is open from September 5, 2024, to November 20, 2024. Registration for the postdoctoral track is open from September 16, 2024, to December 10, 2024. A monthly stipend depends upon the University, for example, Tomsk State University during the first semester (up to 10,000 rubles) is awarded.

You must have a valid Passport of 18 months when applying for an open-door scholarship. Only motivational letters and educational documents are required for open-door scholarships. For the second step, Notary public documents are required. For undergraduate study, you must have a result card and certificate at the time of application. Part-Time Working Hours and Income
Part-time work is also available in Russia. You can work 20 Hours per week without any supplementary permit from the University. The average hourly wage in Russia is 600 RUB (7.5 US Dollars), and the minimum wage is 16500 RUB (USD 194).
After Study Work Permit
After completing your studies, you have 90 days to gain a work permit. There are also many options available after you study. After graduation, international students can apply for a job search visa to stay in Russia while looking for a job. If you secure a job after graduation, you may apply for a TRP (Temporary residence permit), which leads to permanent residence.
