1. Holland Scholarship

  • The IELTS is not mandatory for this scholarship.
  • Acceptance of a bachelor's or master's degree.

  • The students must not hold the nationality of a European Economic Area;

  • This scholarship is available for those students who do not hold residence in the European Economic Area (EEA) and want to pursue a bachelor's or master’s degree from the Netherlands as it does not provide doctoral-level study under this particular scholarship EEA includes the EU republics such as Iceland, France or Norway and students from these countries are not allowed to apply.

Application criteria

  • Apply from the official site of the Netherlands scholarship
  • Check contributory universities in the scholarship, shortlist the universities that focus on your area of interest, as well as the exact subjects of study that you want to study.

Language requirements

Deadlines

The deadline also varies for every university. Most universities' deadlines are probably in February and May. So, the student has to check and complete their documents according to their desired university criteria and also check the official opening and closing dates from the official sites of universities and the scholarship.

Scholarship renewals

Mostly, scholarships are only for one year. Therefore, it is compulsory to check the scholarship criteria before applying. If it’s only for one year, students should have to renew their scholarship. However, some scholarships offer benefits and grants throughout the study period, so students won't have to worry about their expenses at all.
