There are various university scholarships listed below which
offer both merit-based and need-based scholarship programs granting a wide

1. Bocconi Merit and International Awards:
Bocconi
University grants merit-based scholarships to the students based on their
excellent academic record. The award of this merit scholarship is worth
approximately 13,000 euros (for a bachelor's) and 12,000 euros (for a Master's)
per year including full tuition and fee waiver. International students
enrolling in a Bachelor's degree program can have the chance of securing this
scholarship award.
As far as the Master’s program is concerned, they can apply
for Bocconi International Awards Graduate and Bocconi Graduate Merit Awards.
The scholarship is awarded to only those students who have good academic
performance in their previous degrees. To be considered for this award students
can apply to the graduate or undergraduate program at Bocconi University. The
last date to apply for the 2024-25 is from January 15 – June 25, 2024) and
in the possible second time window (June 26 - September 2, 2024).
2. Politecnico de Milano merit-based scholarship for International Students:
Politecnico de Milano with the corporation of various public
and private partners grants merit-based scholarships to international students
based on their intellect and academic performance, academic achievements, and
portfolio. The university grants scholarships to the students of 1st
and 2nd semesters enrolled in the Masters of Science program. The
students getting scholarships are bound to pay a non-refundable fee of 170
euros only.
Other than that, all the tuition fee is waived and an
additional gross allowance is provided to them worth 10,000 euros/year called
Platinum Scholarship. The other two scholarships include Gold Scholarships and
Silver Scholarships worth amount 5,000 euros/year and the total amount of fee
for the academic year respectively. In silver scholarships, students only pay
administrative fee dues.
The deadline to apply within the first time frame is from
January 15th, 2024 until noon (Italian time) on March 1st, 2024, and the second
time frame to apply is from April 8th, 2024, and until noon (Italian time) on
April 30th, 2024.
3. EDISU Piemonte Scholarship:
EDISU Piemonte Scholarship is granted to the students
enrolled in the Bachelor, Master, and PhD programs. The universities that come
under this scholarship program are the Universities of Piedmont i.e.
The grant offered under this scholarship program varies and
depends on the type of residency and the type of enrollment of the student. The
maximum one can get under this program is an exemption from tuition fees and an
allowance of 5,108 euros/year.
This program offers two types of scholarships i.e.,
merit-based and need-based. As far as the merit-based scholarship is concerned the
criteria of securing this scholarship is to be enrolled in a regular degree
program and credit amount of credits, depending on the program. The deadline to
apply for this program has not been announced yet. Students are advised to

call for September intake will be opened anytime soon.

covers full financial support including enrollment and tuition fees along with
the expenses of boarding and accommodation in Italy. Scholars are evaluated based on their
academic performance and have to go through various interviews and then be

University of Bari Aldo Moro a state-funded public

The university offers merit-based scholarships to international students
covering their full tuition fee. The courses offered by the university include
law, medicine, humanities, and engineering. Apart from merit-based scholarships
university also grants need-based scholarship awards to the students of
